Biography
Lennart is a member of the M&A group and is an experienced M&A lawyer with a focus on advising private equity firms and their portfolio companies as well as financial institutions and corporates on cross-border and domestic transactions and joint ventures. He is also frequently engaged as an advisor to boards of directors in financially challenging situations.
He has vast experience as lead counsel for clients in transactions within many sectors, including pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, retail, healthcare and financial services.

- Advised Softbank Vision Fund II in the $610 million investment in Klarna
- Advised Summa Equity as lead counsel in its acquisition of Olink Proteomics
- Advised Nordic Capital on numerous transactions as lead counsel, including the acquisitions of Ryds Bilglas and Lindorff, as well as divestments such as Point and Atos Medical
