Biography
Kota Kikuchi is a founding partner of Kaynex Law Offices whose practice focuses on corporate and finance matters.
Kota advises both international and Japanese domestic clients in strategic transactions and relationships and has a wealth of experience representing investors and financial institutions in asset financing and leveraged buyout financing projects. He has also represented many international financial institutions, investors and EPC contractors in the development, construction and financing of major renewable energy projects. Kota also has extensive experience with investigations arising under the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and other anti-corruption legislation.
Before joining the firm, Kota advised clients at a leading international law firm’s Tokyo and Los Angeles offices.
