Konstantina is a member of our Corporate, M&A, Bankruptcy & Restructuring and Antitrust practice groups and she is admitted to the Athens Bar Association.
Konstantina specializes in all aspects of Commercial and Corporate Law, advising clients in a wide spectrum of legal areas such as Capital Markets, Restructuring, Mergers and Acquisitions, Competition and Corporate Finance. She has significant experience in providing legal advice and support to multiple corporate clients in both transactional and regulatory matters.
Konstantina is a member of the Law Making Committee for the implementation of Directive (EU) 2019/2121 on “Cross-border transformations & mergers”. She also supports several experts’ committees established by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, on issues of Capital Markets Union, on the reformation of the legal framework for market manipulation, as well as on issues regarding restructuring of investment firms.
