Kazuhiro Yoshii

Kazuhiro Yoshii has been engaged in an extensive range of corporate legal practice at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune. He has been involved in the issuance of securities in both the international and domestic capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions. His experience also includes investment funds, and general corporate matters such as real property transactions and international commercial transactions. He also acts as vice chairman of the self-regulation committee of The Investment Trusts Association, Japan.
