Dr Kamal Habachi is a Partner at HB Law Firm. He is admitted to the Casablanca Bar Association. He received in 2004 his PhD from a French University.
He has significant experience in M&A transactions, baking & finance, capital market and restructuring.
He is specialized in corporate law, finance law, Energy law, and securities law.
