Julia Dai

Julia is a Partner of DaHui Lawyers’ Corporate/M&A practice group. Her practice focuses on corporate and finance transactions, including M&A, capital markets and strategic investments. Julia is experienced in a variety of equity and debt capital market transactions, including U.S. IPOs, Hong Kong IPOs and overseas bond offerings. In addition, Julia has advised clients on complex cross-border M&As, along with private equity & VC investments both in China and overseas.

Before joining DaHui Lawyers, Julia worked at Latham & Watkins in Shanghai for ten years.
