Biography
Joseph Jalasi is a founding partner of the Firm and is the Head of the Corporate and Banking and Finance Departments. Since joining the firm, Joseph has been involved in a number of high profile Banking and Finance deals as well as Mergers and Acquisitions. Prior to Joseph joining the firm, he was engaged in high profile banking and competition litigation and had held various high level public offices. He served as Chief Policy Analyst Legal Affairs at State House under the late President Levy Mwanawasa and was Legal Advisor to Former President Rupiah Banda.
