José Antonio López

Antonio has been an associate of the firm since 2019, specializing in banking, finance and securities law, as well as project and infrastructure finance, corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, and has represented all types of participants in the financial sector, both in regulatory proceedings and in credit and security transactions. He is an expert in project finance analysis and in administrative proceedings before the Financial Authorities regarding the authorization of financial institutions, as well as the registration and listing of securities. José Antonio obtained his law degree from the Escuela Libre de Derecho in Mexico City, Mexico.
