João Nuno Riquito has been assisting Clients in Macau and in Portugal, for over 25 years, mainly on Corporate & Contract, M&A, Real Estate Development, Tourism and Dispute Resolution. He is the founder and has been the managing partner of Riquito Advogados since 2005.

• Advised a Hong Kong listed holdings in the dividend distribution with preferential attribution of assets and cash to different equity holders, as part of an overall re-structuring of a holding company.
• Assisting in the re-negotiation and possible extension of the concession of the gaming franchise in Portugal.
• Assisting in all matters relating to the potential regulatory impact of a change in control of a corporate vehicle with a vested interest in a joint venture with a Macau gaming concessionaire.
