Ms. Wang joined Han Kun Law Offices in September 2014, prior to which she practiced law for nine years at Jingtian & Gongcheng, where she was admitted to partner in 2012. Ms. Wang specializes in offshore public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate establishments and restructurings, and foreign investment. She has acted as PRC legal adviser for over 40 overseas listing projects, having completed listing, reorganization, merger and acquisition, private equity and venture capital transactions amounting to over USD 10 billion that cover a wide range of industries such as high-tech, healthcare and life science, telecoms, consumption, service industry, real estate, heavy industry, mining, and agriculture. Ms. Wang is knowledgeable of PRC industrial policies, corporate structures, capital operations, and investment and project management.
Educational background:
Ms. Wang received a Bachelor of Law degree and a bachelor's degree in economics in 2002 from Peking University. In 2005, she obtained an LL.M. degree in Commercial Law from the University of Edinburgh in the United Kingdom.
