• Advised leading global developers, ECAs, and international/domestic financial funders in the development of the Taiwan Formosa 1 offshore wind farm project and all the subsequent offshore wind farm projects including Formosa 2, CFXD, and wpd’s Yunlin Offshore Wind Farm.
• Advised Carrefour's subsidiary in Taiwan in the acquisition of Wellcome Taiwan Company Ltd. for a consideration of around EUR 97 million.
• Advised UK BP Group for the sale of its subsidiaries to UK INEOS for a deal amount of about USD 5 billion.
