Janice Gutteridge

Janice’s practice includes asset financings, particularly aviation and shipping financing and registrations and banking and finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, the migration of corporate entities and partnerships into and out of Bermuda, and partnership structures, including global restructuring projects involving Bermuda entities.

• Advised Norwegian Cruise Lines in connection with the Bermuda aspects relating to the financings and deliveries of two of its newest vessels; 
• Advised Societe Generale, London Branch on Bermuda law matters pertaining to the certain asset financing;
• Assisted George’s Bay group of companies and its parent, Caroline Bay Limited in relation to ongoing financing transactions in respect of Bermuda’s single largest hotel and residential development project. 
• Advised Cornish Minerals Limited on the Bermuda aspects of CAD$ asset financing with Osisko Gold Royalties Ltd.
