Ms. Jae Min Youn is a Partner in the Advisory Group (Finance). She advises clients on financial arrangements including domestic and cross-border project financing, PFV, and rehabilitation procedure, etc.

Ms. Youn’s representative matters include advising on incorporation, operation, and financing PFVs for various development projects, representing the administrator of Hwaseung (Current Name: DNACT) in the rehabilitation procedure, advising on various PF (including secured loan), and advising on investment in a fuel cell business, etc.
