Jackson Shuai-Sheng Huang, the LLM graduate from London School of Economics and Columbia Law School, currently is the senior partner of Formosa Transnational Attorneys at Law, specializes in cross-border litigation and international mergers and acquisitions. Jackson is well connected to and has been appointed as key positions in various prominent business associations in Taiwan, such as member of the legal advisory committee, the Chinese National Association of Industry and Commerce, Taiwan (CNAIC), member of the financial and tax advisory committee, the Chinese National Federation of Industries (CNFI), and member of the International Economic Relationships Committee, General Chamber of Commerce of The Republic of China (ROC).

• Advised and led the Ministry of Finance legal team in a complex litigation against Taishin Financial Holding Co on the management rights dispute regarding state-run Chang Hwa Bank (CHB, 彰化銀行).
