Iting Huang

Since graduating from the University of California, Berkeley, I-Ting Huang joined Dacheng Taiwan in 2020. I-Ting has had comprehensive experience in cross-border M&A transactions, private equity, corporate and capital markets fields. Particularly, I-Ting has accomplished numerous diverse complex M&A transactions and cross-border investments, private share acquisitions and asset/business transfers for a wide spectrum of industries, including financial institutions, investment banks, private equity firms, high-net-worth investors and family offices, high-tech and electronic manufacturing, real estate development, agriculture and crop protection, environmental solutions, logistics and traditional sectors. Moreover, I-Ting has played a pivotal role in assisting Taiwan-listed companies with their outbound capital-raising initiatives, which include the issuance of Global Depository Receipts (GDR) and Euro Convertible Bonds (ECB). Additionally, I-Ting has assisted clients in completing various business group restructuring and block trade transactions.
