With over 25 years of in corporate/financial law and corporate governance, Iñigo services clients on advisory and transactional work at the highest level to solve their business strategic legal and corporate governance problems/issues. Having handled some of the most complex and largest transactions and advisory work in Spain and, by extension, in Europe, the track record is one of innovation, talent, entrepreneurial thinking.
Prior to Alarde Law, Iñigo was positioned as an international partner, the Managing partner and Senior Partner in his previous firms. He also served as the Secretary of the Nominations Committee of Iberdrola S.A. for eight years.
He has been a professor of company law in Universidad Complutense and Instituto de Empresa and has lectured in the joint Real Colegio Complutense-Harvard Law School Seminars for over a decade.
Iñigo is the author of over 70 research and periodical publications in his area of expertise and is a Fulbright scholar. He is currently an Honorary Trustee of the Foundation for Financial Studies
