In his career spanning over 2 decades, he has extensively advised non-banking finance companies, housing finance companies, mutual funds and debt funds (including foreign portfolio investors, venture debt funds, credit funds, stressed assets funds and real estate funds) on Indian legal & regulatory regime, government & regulatory policies, approvals and compliances, deal structuring, legal due diligences and transaction documentation.
He had been quoted by international publications like Legal 500, IFLR1000 and Legal Era as one of the leading lawyers in India in the transaction advisory and debt capital markets space.
He hold a bachelor's degree in commerce and a bachelor's degree in law from University of Mumbai. He is also a qualified Company Secretary.
