Hoang Hoa is Of Counsel at Frasers Law Company, based in Ho Chi Minh City. A Vietnamese-qualified lawyer with nearly 20 years of experience, she advises foreign investors, multinational corporations, and regional institutions on a broad spectrum of transactional and advisory matters in Vietnam. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, real estate development, and strategic investments.
Hoa has extensive experience acting on complex cross-border M&A deals across industries including real estate, education, energy, and retail. She guides clients through the full transaction lifecycle—pre-deal structuring, legal due diligence, contract drafting and negotiation, completion, and post-closing implementation.
She is also a recognised authority on land acquisition and real estate development, advising on industrial, hospitality, and education projects involving regulatory approvals and land-use rights. Her experience includes landmark transactions in Vietnam’s LNG-to-power sector, as well as strategic joint ventures and divestments.
Hoa is ranked by IFLR1000 as a Rising Star for M&A (2024 and 2025) and is recognised by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific as a Leading Lawyer in 2025.
Before joining Frasers, Hoa held senior positions at leading international and Vietnamese law firms, advising on high-value investments and operations across multiple sectors. She is a member of the Hanoi Bar Association.
