Hernan Pacheco is a Lead Partner at Deloitte Legal for Latin America which includes 13 Latin American countries, namely Bolivia, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, The Dominican Republic and Venezuela, as well as leader of its M&A and Project Finance practice groups. His work is focused on local and international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate structuring, project finance, distribution, franchises, foreign investment and civil and commercial contracts.
Given his vast experience over 30 years in complex international transactions, he has advised local and international clients on the acquisition, sale, merger or reorganization of commercial and industrial groups with investments in Costa Rica and abroad.
