Gözde Esen Sakar has over 25 years of experience in Corporate/Commercial Law, M&A Transactions, Joint Ventures, Capital Markets, Banking and Project Finance transactions. She has represented clients in various sectors, in particular Real Estate, Retail, Food, Energy, Oil & Gas, Mining, Infrastructure, Automotive, Healthcare, Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, Hospitality, Technology and E-Commerce.
Gözde actively attends Belgian – Luxembourg as being the board member and she is a member of Swedish Chamber of Commerce and Swiss Chamber of Commerce in Turkey as well. In addition, Gözde has extensive experience in mining sector and is a member of World Association of Mining Lawyers.
