Ginny Castillo is a Senior Manager at EY Law in Guatemala. She has more than 13 years of experience leading projects that integrate planning, execution and formalization of acquisitions, sale and purchase of assets, management of intangible assets (trademarks, trade names, know-how), formalization of franchises, among others. The main branches in which she has participated are corporate law, transactional law, and regulatory compliance.
She has opened a field advising local and international companies on labor matters, social security, and legal advice in the process of planning strategies that allow the prevention and solution of internal conflicts, as well as corporate transactions (mergers, acquisitions, purchase and sale of assets, employer substitution, among others) that seek to make viable large-scale negotiations, and the inter-company transfer of personnel, with all the implications that this entails.
