Gautam Khurana advised WKV, a German company with patented Flue Gas Cleaning technology on its Indian market entry. He oversaw the Joint Venture with a Pune-based engineering firm for government projects, managing due diligence, JV negotiations, and signing of MOU.
He advised Symbiona, a Poland-based leader in wastewater and waste-to-biogas technologies, on its entry into the Indian market. He advised on the market strategy and assisted with forming a Joint Venture with an Indian engineering conglomerate for government projects overseeing the due diligence, negotiations and signing of MOU.
He represented ICA, an Italian family-owned company and assisted a joint venture with an Indian adhesives manufacturer, Pidilite.
Gautam advised Permasteelisa Group, a global leader in architectural envelopes, on its exit from the Indian market through the sale of its subsidiary to a UAE-based company. He led the business valuation, negotiations, and finalization of Share Purchase Agreement.
