Frans has more than 17 years of experience working as a lawyer, including 6.5 years with international law firms in Singapore and a 6-month secondment with an international bank in Singapore. As a seasoned legal professional with a distinguished career, Frans specializes in Banking & Finance. He has extensive experience advising complex cross-border financing transactions, representing both lenders and borrowers/sponsors. Renowned for his strong communication skills and innovative legal solutions, Frans has consistently earned the trust of his clients. Most recently, he was recognized as Rising Star Partner in Banking in the IFLR1000 2025 Rankings, further solidifying his reputation as a trusted advisor in the industry.
Furthermore, Frans has actively contributed to the legal community as a guest speaker at various seminars, including sessions on APLMA Facility Agreement and Indonesian Law Security for DBS Indonesia and on Indonesian Law Security and Guarantee for SMBC Indonesia.
