Biography
Francisco is part of the corporate, transactional and mergers and acquisitions team, where he advises clients with various operations and businesses in their commercial activity. His practice areas include corporate law, international transactions, mergers and acquisitions, personal data protection, telecommunications, real estate law, technology law, and electronic commerce.
He joined the law firm in 2017 as an intern, and later as a legal assistant in the corporate, transactional, and M&A team. He was a member of the litigation team during 2018, participating in the international arbitration practice. Since 2019 and to date, he is part of the corporate, transactional and mergers and acquisitions team.
