Biography
Flávio advises asset managers, investment banks, private equity firms and institutional investors in the formation, fundraising and transactions involving investment funds of the most diverse classes and strategies, including private equity funds (FIPs), real estate funds (FIIs), hedge funds, multimarket funds (FIs in general) and exchange-traded funds (ETFs), as well as regulatory accreditation and advice to portfolio managers, broker dealers and other players in the asset management chain. He is licensed to practice law in New York, having worked for two years in the New York office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
