Fangxue Zhang specializes in capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, asset securitization, private equity, and corporate compliance. She has represented many companies in their initial public offerings, private issuances, and major asset restructurings on domestic capital markets. She also has extensive transaction experience in relation to industries such as finance, energy, real estate, TMT, medical services, shipping, insurance, and consumer products manufacturing.
Ms. Zhang's experience in capital markets includes: the A-share IPOs of PSBC, Huaneng Hydropower, Jinchen Machinery, and Huizhong Instrumentation; the A-share private offerings of COSCO shipping and GAC Group; major asset restructurings of Wanda films, International Medical, and Contemporary Mingcheng; the spin-off and reverse takeover of SFUN and Zhongwang Group; COFCO Wine’s tender offer for JIUGUI, and JD Logistics’ acquisition of Deppon Logistics. Her experience in asset securitization includes the CITIC SanPower Nanjing International Finance Center REIT, the Maike International Building REIT, and various ABS/ABN products for JD Group. She has provided a range of legal services to well-known investment institutions such as Legend Capital, Lanchi Ventures, and 3E Bioventures Capital, and to related startup enterprises for their investment and financing needs. Furthermore, she possesses extensive experience in the field of industry-academia-research investment and financing.
