Enrique has over 20 years of experience advising clients through all stages of infrastructure projects, including conceptualization and structuring, engagement through public bidding procedures or private contracting, development and construction, as well as financing and daily operation of the projects once they have been completed.

Recent transactional highlights
  • Advising FONATUR in the structuring, tendering, and implementation of Mayan Train, a USD 6.5 billion project in Southeast Mexico.
  • Advising a joint venture between IDINSA and Aldesa for their participation in the project MRO Sureste Package (a set of roads in Southeast Mexico with a distance of 522 km) a USD 350 million project.
  • Advising a consortium formed by IDINSA, ICA and Mecano (an affiliate of Grupo INDI) in the implementation of a legal and financial structure for the civil works required for the Trolebús Iztapalapa a USD 120 million project.
