Emmanuel Massoda

Emmanuel Massoda’s practice focuses on civil and criminal procedure, administrative litigation, arbitration and mediation.

Prior to joining the firm, he worked at the Nyemb Law Firm, in Douala, for 19 years. During such time, he notably served as the Senior Lawyer in charge of litigation.

• Advising several banks in legal proceedings relating to banking litigation before the Cameroonian courts;
• Advising several transportation companies in legal proceedings relating to Maritime and Tax Litigation;
• Advising Camrail and some of its officials in the legal proceedings relating to the judicial and administrative inquiries ordered in the context of the Eséka railroad accident;
• Involvement in the coordination of the case of Omaïs Kassim v. Fadoul Michel Zouhair;
• Administrative litigation regarding administrative sanctions imposed for illegal or irregular exercise of commercial activities.
