Elke Napokoj

Elke is a partner at bpv Huegel, Vienna, and co-head of bpv Huegel’s Corporate/M&A department. She is a member of the Supervisory Board of Sanochemia Pharmazeutika AG and lecturer at the Danube University, Krems. Elke has extensive experience in advising investors on cross-border and national M&A transactions.

• Advised International Airlines Group on the intended acquisition of NIKI Luftfahrt and the subsequent establishment of LEVEL Airlines in Vienna
• Advised ELK Holding on the sale of ELK Fertighaus and subsequent advise to ELK Fertighaus on the acquisition of Hanlo Haus 
• Advised French Adeo in the bidding process for the BAUMAX Group
• Advised INTERCELL in its cross-border merger with Vivalis (now Valneva)
• Advised Sapura Energy in relation to its joint venture in Austria.
