Dmytro Kasyanenko

Dmytro focuses on cross-border transactions, banking and finance, real estate, debt restructuring and insolvency having more than 10-year experience on various legal, tax and corporate matters in Ukraine and abroad. Now Dmytro practices at currency derivatives, securitisation, project finance, industry experience in the energy sector and capital markets.

• Advised TNN LTD on establishing several financial institutions for providing financial services in Ukraine;
• Advised UniMoCom GAS s.r.o. on the acquisition of partners in the territory of Ukraine and operations to supply gas to Ukrainian energy companies, assisted business negotiations;
• Advised and represented Deas Arms Company in business negotiations with partner Ukrspecexport;
• Advised Head of Scientific Technical Division of Ukrspecexport in business negotiations via acting on behalf and within State Concern UkrOboronProm;
• Provided legal assistance to Energy Innovation LLC in a trial with UKRENERGO NPC SE;
• Initiated a lawsuit against the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the National Bank of Ukraine, the Deposit Guarantee Fund, involving the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, PJSC PrivatBank on the abolition of the decisions on the nationalization of PJSC Pryvatbank.
