Cindy Hu

Cindy Hu focuses on the areas of corporate mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance and compliance, and is deeply involved in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, and leads the pharmaceutical and healthcare team of our law firm. Selected as an excellent young lawyer for the Young Lawyer Collaboration Project between the Ministry of Justice of the PRC and the UK government, Ms. Hu has studied English law at University of London, and studied corporate financing practice at both the London headquarters and Hong Kong Office  of Slaughter and May as a visiting lawyer. Ms. Hu was recognized with Beijing Outstanding Lawyer Award, the Outstanding Women Lawyers of Beijing Chaoyang District Award, Top 15 Women Lawyers in China by ALB China, and Client Choice: Top 15 Compliance Versatile Practitioners by LEGALBAND. She was also endorsed as a Leading Lawyer in Corporate and  Mergers & Acquisitions by asialaw Profile and China’s Top Lawyers (Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions) by LEGALBAND for multiple times.
