Sopunnka is a Senior Associate in Bun & Associates’ Corporate/M&A and Banking & Finance practice groups. Her areas of practice include market entry, project financing and corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity transactions.
She has expansive experience in domestic and cross-border mergers & acquisitions, and specializes in a broad spectrum of sectors including TNT (Telecommunication and New Technology), F&B (food and beverage), healthcare, education, banking & finance, and transportation. She has also been actively involved in numerous project financing deals particularly focused on public-private partnerships. She has extensive expertise advising local and international clients on structuring and supervising transactions, planning and performing due diligence, and negotiating and drafting transaction documents.
Sopunnka is a member of the New York State Bar. She has a LLB (Hons) from the University of Nottingham. She is fluent in English and Khmer andconversational in French.
