• Advised Crédit Agricole S.A. on its RMB 4 billion senior preferred note offerings (first bail-in-able, TLAC-eligible panda bond offerings)
• Advised BMW on its establishment of RMB 35 billion panda bond public offering program and RMB 7.0 billion issuances thereunder (first public offering of panda bonds by a European corporate)
