Chin-Po (Bob) Tseng

Mr. Tseng is the Managing Partner of Thanlwin Legal. He is qualified in Taiwan, China, and New York (admission is in process). He is also a Non-resident Researcher with Fairbank Center, Harvard University, and a Visiting Scholar at the Chinese Studies Center, Chulalongkorn University.

Mr. Tseng combines and draws from his international practice experience to offer legal services and counsel in joint venture, investments, mergers and acquisitions, banking, infrastructure and construction, among others. Mr. Tseng provides ongoing consultancy to the local conglomerates, MNCs, and government bodies. He also serves as an arbitrator at arbitration centers in Taipei, Hainan, and Kunming.
