Chimwemwe Tembo – Shula

Chimwemwe is an Associate of the Firm and an active member of the dispute resolution team specialising in litigation cases.

Over the years, Chimwemwe has been involved in high profile matters relating to various aspects of commercial and corporate law including litigation proceedings before the High Court of Zambia and contentious corporate law disputes before the Arbitral Tribunal.

Chimwemwe is also part of our Corporate Advisory team and assists our clients by providing legal advice on banking and finance regulations, data protection laws and employment law matters such as, severance and terminal benefits; redundancy procedure and payments; and wrongful and unfair dismissal.

She is a Member of the Law Association of Zambia
