He has represented many Chinese and international companies in a wide variety of cross-border transactions in different industries such as telecommunications, the Internet, information technology, energy, clean technology, consumer goods, healthcare, biotechnology, and pharmaceuticals. Mr. Li is knowledgeable of PRC industrial policies, corporate structures, capital operations, financial planning, and investment and project management.

Mr. Li received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics in 1995 and an LL.B. Degree in 1996 from Peking University. In 1999, he obtained an LL.M. Degree from Peking University. He also received an LL.M. Degree from the University of Ottawa in 2003.
