Brendan O'Brien

Brendan O'Brien is based in Bird & Bird Irish office where he is partner and head of the corporate/M&A team. 

Brendan advises on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and shareholder / joint venture arrangements. He has extensive expertise on Irish aspects of international corporate reorganisations and regularly advises domestic and international clients on Irish corporate governance matters. He has particular experience in advising financial services clients on their Irish corporate matters. Brendan's team also advise on a wide range of commercial contracts.
