With a strong legal background and extensive project experience, he serves as perennial legal advisor of numerous listed groups while providing comprehensive legal services for various private corporations seeking direct and indirect listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. In recent years, Mr. Wang has achieved remarkable success in the healthcare sector of capital market practice. He has successfully led and closed numerous Hong Kong IPO projects in the healthcare sector, including "Hygeia", “Jinxin Fertility”, and provided legal counselling to various medical groups for their investments, financing, and IPO-related activities. His extensive practical experience covers investment and financing, entrusted management, profit restructuring as well as listing of medical institutions.
