Biography
Bin Yang is a Senior Partner at AllBright Law Offices, serving as the Convener and Secretary General of the firm's Aviation & Aerospace Industry Committee, Supervisory Board Chairman of the Beijing Office, and Head of the London Office. His practice focuses on cross-border investment, banking and finance, aviation and aerospace, and international dispute resolution. Mr. Yang regularly advises multinational corporations, state-owned enterprises, and financial institutions on complex cross-border transactions and financing projects. - Represented the Thyssen family and the Tucher family in completing several hundred million euros in overseas fundraising for their real estate funds, assisted their domestic real estate project companies with the relevant filings with the Ministry of Commerce, and provided legal services for the development of residential projects in Shenyang, Liaoning Province.
- Represented XCMG Group Import & Export Co., Ltd. in providing a range of legal services relating to its investments, commercial cooperation and business operations in the Americas, Asia and other regions.
- Became a registered legal counsel for COMAC Group and provided legal services for buyer-credit facilities relating to multiple C909 (ARJ21) aircraft between COMAC Group Finance Co., Ltd. and several aircraft leasing companies, including ABC Financial Leasing Co., Ltd.
- Represented CNAC Leasing in providing comprehensive legal services throughout the finance lease project for two new aircraft for Shenzhen Airlines.
- Provided legal advice and issued legal opinions to Korea Development Bank and its affiliated funds in connection with several hundred million US dollars in external debt financing projects involving HNA Group and Meilan Airport.
