• Stibbe advised New Mountain Capital on the Luxembourg legal and regulatory aspects of the integration of Grant Thornton Luxembourg into a new transatlantic professional services platform led by Grant Thornton Advisors LLC.
• Stibbe advised New York Life Insurance Company—the third-largest life insurer and the largest mutual life insurer in the United States—on the sale of a 33.33% stake in Candriam SCA, held through Candriam Group, to Belfius Bank, a leading Belgian financial institution.
• Stibbe advised on the establishment of a joint venture between Trinity Investments, a private real estate investment firm, and funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management and Partners Group to acquire The Standard Hotel in London. Our team advised on the joint venture agreement, financing structure, and legal framework, ensuring alignment of interests and compliance with UK regulations.
