Bahaa Alieldean

Dr. Bahaa Alieldean H. Dessouki specializes in capital market and banking transactions. With over 20 years experience as a corporate lawyer, he has served as a legal advisor to various national and multinational firms and fronts in Egypt. He has acted as Legal Counsel for major Egyptian Banks and leading companies in complex multi-million dollar financial transactions. Over the past ten years he served as Legal Counsel for the issuer with more than 30 securitizations in the Egyptian market. Over the course of his career, he has taught at a number of academic institutions and currently teaches commercial law at Monoufiya University in Egypt. He holds a Ph.D in business law from King’s College London and has published multiple academic papers on commercial and business law.
