- Represented Ansell on the sale of Blowtex Brazilian operations to Humanwell Healthcare.
- Represented Rohto Pharmaceutical Co, Ltd. on the acquisition of Ophthalmos, a Brazilian manufacturer of ophtalmolocial medicine, and on the negotiation of a shareholders’ agreement.
- Represented controlling shareholders of Empresta Capital, a Brazilian microfinance lender, on the acquisition of minority shareholders
- Represented European Group of bondholders on debt restructuring of Oi.
- Represented Baidu on setting up internet operations in Brazil
- Represented Bronzearte on an in-court debt restructuring with several creditors.
