Annette Petow is counsel in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice.
Annette advises corporates and investors on all aspects of corporate law as well as on M&A transactions. In the field of corporate law she focuses her practice on corporate governance, compliance, and directors' liabilities issues. Her corporate law practice also covers the preparation of shareholders‘ meetings, capital and other structural measures as well as matters relating to groups of companies, insider trading, and ad hoc disclosure. Her practice also includes capital markets work, in particular in connection with M&A transactions and public takeovers.
