• Advised Corsair, second largest French airline company, in its EUR300m financing and sale process
• Advised Clayton Dubilier & Rice LLC, a global PE fund, in its distressed acquisition of Conforama capital in an out-of-court restructuring
• Advised Bain Capital in connection with a EUR300m rescue money financing in favour of Pierre et Vacances
• Advised Novares, a global plastic solutions provider for the automotive industry, in its EUR300m debt in-court restructuring
• Advised BpiFrance in connection with the in-court financial restructuring of Technicolor
• Advising Rallye and its holding companies, controlling shareholders of Casino, in connection with the implementation of their safeguard plans
• Advising the insolvency receivers in connection with the French insolvency proceedings commenced in respect of Ciel Voyage companies
