Andreas Moll

Andreas Moll specialises in M&A, corporate finance and private equity, both domestically and internationally. Additionally, he regularly acts as general corporate counsel. A significant part of his practice involves debt restructurings and insolvency law.

• Advising Swissgas, Schweizerische Aktiengesellschaft für Erdgas on an ongoing basis with respect to contractual relations, general corporate issues and corporate governance matters, in general, and, in particular, in connection with a major project related to the envisaged unbundling of the Swiss gas sector.
• Advised SRG SSR Schweizerische Radio- und Fernsehgesellschaft in connection with the divestment of a major stake in Admeira AG, the largest media marketing company in Switzerland. Co-stakeholders were Swisscom (Switzerland's biggest telecom company) and Ringier (one of the major Swiss media enterprises).
• Advising AXA Insurance Group with respect to Swiss issues related to a new club deal facility agreement.
• Advising a large financial instition with regard to Swiss law issues related to a secured financing transaction under Swiss law.
