André Luiz Gomes has been advising public and private institutions on the acquisition of companies, capital markets (public offerings and takeovers), and the structuring of private equity transactions. He has advised clients on different sectors (particularly banking and financial intermediation services), as well as private equity, media and telecommunications, automobile, food and beverage sectors.
