- Infrea AB (publ), listed on Nasdaq First North Premier, and other minority shareholders in connection with its sale of BST Brandskyddsteamet, a leading provider of fire protection systems, in a transaction valued at SEK 500 million.
- TagMaster AB (publ), listed on Nasdaq First North, in its acquisition of US-based Sensys Networks.
- Fintech start-up Tink AB, in connection with its EUR 56 million financing round led by US VC firm Insight Venture Partners.
