Biography
Anders Jemail specialises in advising corporations and venture-capital funds in mergers and acquisitions and investments. He has extensive experience from cross-border transactions in a wide range of business sectors, with particular experience of the technology sectors where he also acts as advisor during the growth and commercialisation phase. Anders has also experience of handling EU and competition law issues including concentrations, vertical agreements, abuse of dominant position and free movement as well as of regulatory issues particularly in the food industry.
Recent transactional highlights
- Advised NIBE in divesting 100% of the shares in Schulthess Maschinen AG and in the reinvestment through a new holding company
- Advised NIBE in acquiring the remaining 55% of the shares in Rhoss S.p.A
- Advised TOYO Corporation in their acquisition of Rototest International AB
- Advised Spiideo in connection with private placement, raising of $20 million in growth round led by the German growth equity firm Cipio Partners
- Advised Locus Energy in connection with acquisition of AB Borlänge Energi’s seven hydropower stations
