Amr Namek

Mr. Amr Namek is a mergers and acquisitions specialist, with more than fifteen years of experience in business and corporate legal counseling. Prior to joining ALC, Namek served as the General Counsel for one of the region’s leading investment companies, where he was the main advisor on several landmark deals and multi-jurisdiction transactions.  Prior to that he worked at several reputable firms, advising on a variety of matters including corporate, investments, capital markets, mergers and acquisition as well as various litigation and arbitration proceedings. Namek holds a Maitrise degree in international business law from Paris I Sorbonne University.
