Krispin is one of the leading lawyers in the energy field in Israel, with nearly twenty years of experience in the field, representing the leading entities operating in the energy sector in Israel, both local and international, and in the electricity sector and the natural gas market in particular. 

• Advised the joint venture of Edeltech Group and Shikun & Binui in all stages and aspects relating to the tender, and subsequently the sale and the handover process, of the Ramat Hovav Power Plant, a power generating site holding a  production capacity of approximately 1,150 MW.  The purchase price (and winning tender bid) for the plant stand on 4,300,000,000 NIS, with the sale being a key milestone in the governmental privatization reform of the Israeli energy market.
• Advised the joint venture between Canadian Solar and Menora Mivtachim Energy with respect to: (i) the development of a series of PV solar projects throughout Israel, with an aggregate capacity of 150 MW, including with respect to the commercial agreements, the land agreements (vis-à-vis municipalities) and ongoing regulatory issues; (ii) the project financing of 4 of the said PV projects by the Phoenix Group. 
• Advised Haifa Chemicals in the framework of the commercial agreements required for construction and operation of an integrated Ammonia production and co-generation power plant to be constructed its premises in Mishor Rotem).
